In pre-Zoom days I would dress in the morning check out in the mirror and not really think about how I looked during the day. Now in the virtual world I am face to face with my face, shoulders, neck and top torso several times a day. On Zoom days I began to experience difficulty choosing what to wear for a zoom meeting at 9:00AM. So, I called Salli Ward who has been helping women dress so they feel comfortable with their appearance for many years. Salli researched aspects of zooming, i.e. lighting, background, and we zoomed for about an hour and half and experimented with the lighting, background, outfits, color of outfits even jewelry what length necklace works for me on zoom. Who knew? Salli suggested having a zoom closet -an idea that I think is super smart and efficient. I was dreading the appointment-Salli kept saying this will be fun-and it was fun and super helpful.
